SOS exceeded its goal for 2009 “Caring for Kids at Christmas” Campaign

The Board of Directors, volunteers and staff of the Society of Organized Services, extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to our 2009 “Caring for Kids at Christmas” Campaign. We are pleased to announce that we exceeded our goal of raising $90,000 toward this program; our final total for the campaign was $90,554.05.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this campaign. Thanks to your generosity, we have brightened the lives of over 1,700 children and families in our community by bringing toys and food to those in need.  We also want to thank the many volunteers who went over and above to make this campaign a success.  We had 134 volunteers who generously contributed almost 6000 hours of their time. We wish everyone in our community a happy and healthy 2010.
